  • The Production Planner is responsible for:

    • Coordinating and managing day-to-day production planning for your product portfolio in collaboration with production, warehouse, quality control teams to effectively execute production plans to meet customer orders.
    • Contributing towards SDI Strategic Priorities.
    • Conducting work in a safe manner, adhering to quality compliance requirements and demonstrating a strong commitment to SDI's values of passion, accountability, respect, teamwork, and innovation.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Develops and maintains weekly production plans
    • Allocates, releases and prioritises work orders across multiple production and warehouse departments in a timely manner to achieve Delivery In Full, On Time
    • Reviews production planning master data (MOQ, Rounding value, safety stock, leadtimes etc)
    • Performs daily Back Order check & action work orders
    • Supports new product launches and existing product changes
    • Drives continuous improvements initiatives
    • Attends monthly Logistics team meetings
    • Attends weekly Production meetings and Customer Review meetings
    • Updates the Customer Order report daily
    • Follows up on any Customer Service inquiries
    • Reviews any Bill of Material changes

    • The position is located at Bayswater

    Essential Qualification/ Experience

    • Intermediate ERP experience
    • Intermediate MRP knowledge
    • Intermediate SAP experience is beneficial
    • Microsoft Office
    • Sales Force
